Strategic Planning Workshop, Faculty of Applied Arts, Tanta University

As part of the Faculty of Applied Arts at Tanta University's commitment to supporting and developing the capabilities of faculty members and support staff, a workshop titled "Strategic Planning" was organized this morning, Sunday, July 20, 2025, in cooperation with the Strategic Planning Unit at Tanta University. The workshop was presented by Professor Dr. Wissam Salah Mohamed, Executive Director of the Main Center for Institutional Performance and Director of the Strategic Planning Unit at the university.This was attended by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, Prof. Dr. Maha Amer, Head of the Department of Textile Printing, Dyeing and Finishing, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed El Sheikh, Head of the Department of Ready-Made Garments and Fashion Industries, and Dr. Alaa Ismail El Toukhy, Lecturer in the Department of Ready-Made Garments and Fashion Industries and Acting Director of the Quality Assurance Unit. The workshop, attended by a select group of faculty members, support staff, and administrators, addressed the concepts and foundations of strategic planning and several important topics.

It highlighted the vision, mission, objectives, and the importance of strengths and weaknesses.
